Party numbers
- All prices include the GST and are a flat rate for a maximum of 20 children (inclusive of one birthday child).
- Additional children over group sizes of 20 incur a $5 per head fee.
- Additional birthday child is an extra $10 to cover special birthday present.
- Parties larger than 25 children require an additional character of choice starting at an additional $160 for the 1 hour visit, $200 for the 1.5hr visit or $250 for the 2 hour visit. This ensures the party continues to run smoothly and ensures all children are included in activities like face painting.
- The $5 per head fee will still apply with a second entertainer.
Booking conditions
- To avoid any disappointment we suggest submitting an online booking form as soon as possible. Enquiries alone can not be taken as confirmation and times cannot be held unless a booking form has been received. Once your booking form is received you will receive an email from us outlining payment details.
- Full party payment is required within 7 days from the day you submitted your booking form unless alternate arrangements have been made with us. Failure to make payment within this time can result in cancellation of booking without further notice. EFT details will be provided on confirmation.
- A cancellation fee applies (50% of the fee) if within 1 week of the party date.
- Full fee will be charged if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the party.
- Visa/Mastercard payments can be made over the phone. Credit card payments will incur a 1.5% transaction fee.
- We advise you consider a wet weather option as a backup on the day should the weather turn miserable otherwise the same cancellation fees will apply.
Travel & Insurance
- Parties we visit which are further than 25kms from Bondi Junction will incur a travel fee. We refer to google maps for confirmation and use Bondi Junction as our start point. Please check with us if this will apply to your party.
- Our entertainers are covered by Indemnity Insurance up to $10,000,000 and all entertainers hold the necessary Working with Children check.
